Who we are
Founded in 1971, Quad is a global marketing experience company focused on transforming fresh, innovative ideas into efficiency and profitability. It was that focus on innovation that led to the creation of QuadMetalworks, a Quad division, in 1983, and positions us today as a leading manufacturing solutions provider for a wide range of companies.
Quality practices
QuadMetalworks, a Quad division, is an ISO 9001:2000 compliant machine shop, with quality practices in place that fall within the ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. Beyond ISO, we have taken the initiative to implement a Quality Management System that fully establishes our organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources.
From first-piece inspection through in-process and final inspection, we ensure your parts conform to all your requirements. All of our gages are routinely calibrated and replaced as needed. In addition, we can provide any required inspection documents you may need. Our CMM can provide the accuracy you need on your high-tolerance parts.
